Manage all your Tags from one place

Use My Tags to view and organize the Tags associated with your account. Set where each Tag leads, group related Tags, and find the ones you need.

The My Tags page is the central place to manage your Tag inventory in TagLink. You can assign Destinations to control what opens when a Tag is scanned, organize related Tags into Batches, and apply Labels to classify them.

Three ways to manage your Tags

Destinations

Define the content or URL that opens when someone interacts with a Tag.

Batches

Keep related Tags together as one logical group, such as a production run or project.

Labels

Add flexible categories to identify and filter Tags across different groups.

FeatureWhat it changesExample
DestinationThe digital experience opened from a TagA product page, document, or campaign URL
BatchHow related Tags are groupedA production run or customer order
LabelHow Tags are categorized and foundA product category, region, or status

Destinations: choose what opens

A Destination determines where a user goes when they scan or activate a Tag. Assign a Destination to connect the Tag to digital content or a URL.

You can manage the Destination from My Tags to update the Tag's behavior without modifying the physical Tag. This is useful when the content behind a connected product or campaign needs to change.

A Batch brings Tags that belong together into one logical group. For example, you might group Tags by production run, customer order, product line, or project.

Batches help you identify related Tags when managing a larger inventory. They describe a shared context for the Tags; the Destination still defines what each Tag opens.

Labels: classify and find Tags

Labels give you another way to organize Tags across Batches. A Tag can have multiple Labels, so you can classify it by more than one criterion, such as product category, campaign, customer, region, or internal status.

Labels can have a name and color to make them easier to recognize in the Tag list. Use them to identify and filter the Tags relevant to your work.

How the three features work together

A Destination defines the Tag's digital experience, a Batch groups related Tags, and Labels let you classify and filter them. You can use each feature independently or combine them to keep your inventory organized.
